AI Help Explained exists for ordinary users who run into confusing behaviour while using AI tools. A response may stop halfway, a request may be refused, an image may fail, a prompt may be misunderstood, or a tool may warn about privacy, copyright, safety, or access limits. This site explains those situations without turning them into hype, fear, or workaround advice.
