FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about AI Help Explained, what it can explain, and what it cannot do.

Is AI Help Explained an official support site?

No. AI Help Explained is an independent educational website published by WRS Web Solutions Inc.. It is not an official support portal for any AI provider, and it cannot access user accounts, subscriptions, billing pages, prompts, images, chats, files, or product settings.

Can I send you my AI error message?

Please do not send private prompts, screenshots, chat logs, account details, school or work records, passwords, API keys, billing details, or personal information. The site explains common patterns in general. Product-specific issues belong with the provider of the AI tool.

Does this site teach people to get around AI safeguards?

No. The site may explain why safeguards appear and how to ask legitimate questions more clearly, but it does not provide jailbreaks, bypass tricks, evasion prompts, or unsafe operational details.

Is this site for children?

No. This is a general-audience educational site and is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use AI tools with parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult guidance and should follow the rules of the AI provider, school, workplace, or household.

Why do many pages tell me to contact the provider?

Because account, billing, subscription, login, app, model, file upload, and service-specific problems cannot be fixed by an independent explainer website. Those issues belong to the company or organization that operates the AI tool.

How often is the site updated?

AI tools change often, so the site is written to explain general patterns rather than every temporary interface change. Pages may be updated when wording, policy-sensitive boundaries, common user confusion, or product categories change.
